MEC International Manpower Resources Inc. is a landbased manpower agency that engages in the recruitment and placement of professionals, skilled, semi-skilled Filipino overseas workers duly authorized and licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration POEA and Department of Labor and Employment DOLE.    

MEC was incorporated by its management with the goal to provide Filipinos an opportunity for overseas employment considering the realities of limited employment opportunities in the Philippines.
